Description
Directly reporting to the Director, your responsibilities include:
- Identify key market players and growth opportunities;
- Propose to prospects or customers solutions that meet their expectations, in close collaboration with the R & D and technical partners of the company;
- Negotiate contracts with customers, in line with the company strategy;
- Take in charge the product certification and calibration process;
- Conduct studies to develop new applications or new products;
- Participate in the development and deployment of the company’s promotional plans.
Candidate profile

You have received a diploma in a technological field that open up career in research or industry such as electronics, applied physics, engineering and nuclear instrumentation, etc..
You have a taste for business contacts and are ready to travel the world to meet clients.
Organized, skilled for collaboration and motivated, you are able to handle complex technical problems in the framework of technical and scientific projects. Discretion and confidentiality are required. Your communication skills (writing and oral communication skills) and your presentation are essential. French and English are mandatory.


Position based in Paris eastern metropolitan area in a non-competitive work environment .

In 2011, the Group MOVIKEN represents a business volume of € 5 million, employing 55 employees into four European sites.
Moviken works with a lot of local authorities and key accounts.
MOVIKEN has developed the server www.iTransports.com which is so far the only site to calculate and view routes from start to end  by public transport throughout the French territory.
PROPOSED POSITION :
The applicant will be responsible for specifying an engine to calculate routes for the travel of passengers on a large scale;
he should :
• build on the know-how in particular computational MOVIKEN / routing and mapping
• propose solutions to handle large graphs,
• propose solutions to process data from various sources,
• deal with heterogeneous data (theoretical / real-time, estimates, …)
• Process optimization of data: differential mechanisms for updating data.
This mission requires the applicant to have extensive expertise in both mathematical / computational and information processing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE The candidate has completed or is completing his PhD in applied mathematics or operations research.
A good knowledge of modeling tools and programming is required.
Specialization in mathematical optimization techniques is desired

Tasks (technical, management, human ressource, scheduling)
· Survey, state of the art about security of smart card readers
o Establish, maintain relationships with recognised professionals of security community:
labs, CESTIs, experts, free-lance, forum, research, etc…
o Through different contacts and different information sources, establish, maintain and
regularly publish an internal document stating :
State of art of hacking techniques for any products connected to a computer
New trends in terms of attacks
New preventing techniques
· Application to our products and solutions
o Study the applicability & portability of above techniques
· Establish, maintain and publish to R&D development teams, a book describing :
o recommendations to avoid known design vulnerabilities
o descriptions of identified attack mechanisms
· Technical support to development teams as regard to attack resistance
· Bring the security qualification tasks & expertise in all relevant projects in all phases of the
product development cycle.
· Develop and maintain tests suites to check & qualify that our products & solutions are resistant
to identified attacks
· Specify tests suites when it is not possible to develop them internally and manage the related
subcontracted design

· Guarantee the knowledge of state of the art related to XIRING products & solutions in terms of
logical security.
· Guarantee the actual prevention of identified “state of the art” attacks onto XIRING Products &
Solutions

· Guarantee the applicability and efficiency of all security tests suites

The School of Science and Engineering at Reykjavík University is looking for candidates to lead the academic program within the Reykjavík Energy Graduate School of Sustainable Systems (REYST). We are looking for a person with an interest in and knowledge of sustainable energy systems. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in engineering or natural science. Industry experience is beneficial, but not essential.

The REYST program is a cooperative effort between Reykjavík University and Reykjavík Energy. It offers a program of graduate studies leading to a MS degree in sustainable energy science or a MS degree in sustainable energy engineering. The REYST program is based on a broad foundation where all students are required to take classes on energy technology, geoscience and energy economics before specializing further. The REYST program has strong industrial ties and emphasises professional rigour.

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Eva E. Redei in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois.


The research of Dr. Redei focuses on developmental alterations in genetic imprinting using techniques including behavioral tests, quantitative molecular biology and genetic methods.
